Hey Sole Sistas!
I know your closet is full of shoes ranging from heels to laces. If you're anything like me, you have shoes in every shape, form, and color. I mean, we just have joy in our soles, right?! There's nothing wrong with that!
When it comes to your sneakers aka laces, there are 3 types you should be sure to have. Whether you are into wearing sneakers or wanting to start incorporating sneakers into your wardrobe, these three types of laces will help you get started.
1.) Athletic sneaker
Your athletic sneaker will be for the gym or running or whatever your choice of physical activity may be. This sneaker can also do double duty and be used for one of the other 2 categories. However, you'll most likely be harder on this pair of sneakers since you'll be using them for working out. So, it may be best to only use them for working out.
2.) Casual sneaker
This particular sneaker is a shoe that is for those casual jeans and t-shirt type of days. Your casual sneaker can either be strictly for dress down days or can be dressed up a bit. More than anything, you want this sneaker to be comfortable. Choose comfort over style. You want to be able to wear these on days you'll be out and about doing lots of walking. In most cases though, you can find both comfort and style.
3.) Dressy sneaker
Your dressy sneaker should be able to be worn with your dressier clothing. It can be paired with dresses, skirts, and even work attire. My favorite dressy sneakers contain either patent leather, suede, metallics, or simple, basic colors.
Whether heels or sneakers, or anything in between, there's JOY in every SOLE!
Love, peace, and sole!
